Ushering, Cali ,drunkieness, thanksgiving
Well i'm all done ushering for Heny IV which is awsome. I've learned somethings in the process.
1. I'm not the only one who couldn't understand shakespeare.
2. People are stuipd when there is a play going on about a dead brit king whoelse is it going to be by bescides shakespeare?
3. UA is cheep ard gross. If you ever go to a show that is done by the students. NEVER get ice from them. they reuse all the ice. Meaning the ice the bring out of the bag from their hands and put in the bowl to make the sodas and water cold.. they put back in the bag and use it for the nest show.. um nasty
4. People are stupid. Many of the audience members tried to go on stage before, after and during intemission of the show and try and touch the very real wepons... why?
5. Girls are stupid.. Most of the girls in my usher group didn't have any idea how to make coffee... spoild brats
Aside from that and the directors treating the ushers like shit things where good.
Sarah and I drove to cali friday morning poor sarah and to drive b.c VW ordered the wrong part for my car and it wasn't done!!! But we got to cali in 5 hours. which was awsome and the drive wasn't that bad with no traffic. awsome! We went to lunch at a french bakery with my grandmother(mimi), my great aunt(jonnie), and my great uncle (Alan but we all call him Bernie). Berne used to be a profesor of midevil history at UA but is retired now his "thing" is the history of hell. Anyway sarah asked him about Henry IV, which she was reading and i was watching, well one qustion tunred into a weekend lecture.. i hope it helped.. he went into prof mode and didn't really answer the question but found ways for her to answer the question. lol poor sarah.
Sat we went to the street fair to buy me an over night bag. which i got then we went shopping wiht mimi and Jonnie. I took a picture with my cell of this crazy looking woman it was awsome. We met back up with mimi and Jonnie then went to lunch at this gross mexican place. The chips were good but the food was not. My enchalda tasted like it was covered in BBQ sauce. nasty.. i should got to rosa's to make up for it. That night we went to this great Italian place mimi loves the food was awsome though sarah didn't like her food. everone else's was awsome. Then the next day i visted my great grandmother esther who we all called "Gracie" she's got dementia and Alzheimer's. So she's in a home it was hard seeing her because the last time i saw her she knew who i was now there was hardly any give away that she knew what was going on.. though she laughed a few times, held my hand and gave me a kiss. it was sad but i was glad i saw her. We left after that but not before mimi gave us a lot of food to take home. The drive back was ok untill casa grade which is between phoenix and tucson there was a huge back up so we got off the high way and found a way around it then finaly got home.
Last night Timmy came over and him,sarah and i all got drunk then descided it would be fun to go to a sprip club. So we drove there and went in. It was an intersting experience. The dancers were topless and in thongs. We sat watching the people and the dnacers for awhile then timmy when up to sit and put money down so he got a quick lap dance. We were laughing and cheerign him on as the dancer rubed his face in her chest.. Then latter he went and got a private lap dance. At the end of the night (around 4 am) the three of us sat up by the dancers and each got a dance. it was intersting.... kinda awakard but funny nevertheless the dance was like "how are you" to me and i'm like "um i'm ok" then she moved on it to sarah who got a butt in the face and Timmy got a skanky looking girl who rubed her face in his crotch. Then we left and went home and passed out because it was like 5 am. Poor timmy lost his cell.. In the end it was the funniest thing i've ever done
Thanksgiving is almost here and dad is coming here Wed. then we drive to LV which will take 2 days and by we drive i mean him drive. so i'll pick him up reeady to go at the ariport then we are off! We are staying at the aladdin for free since it's a westin hotel and my dad has ranked up westin points from going to nyc every week. I'm looking forward to the break!
