Matt's truble with the law
I've been hanging out with Nancy alot, not that i don't enjoy are time it's just weird since she has been in NY. Shes leaving friday. I'll miss her alot. Althouhg i have my classes to look forward too.
So today around 4 I was sitting on the sofa watching TV when there was a knock at the door, my mom was naping, i got up and opened the door to find a cop standing there. I'm think great what did i do now. So I said to him,"Can I help you?" He says to me,"Is the mother off Matt Gittel***(last name) home?" I stood there in shock since only 10 minunts early Matt had taken his scooter out side to see if his friend who lived a few blocks away could play. So I respond with a shocked yet oh no look on my face and a quiet yea one sec to the cop at the door. I walked down the hall to my mother's room and knocked on the door and opend it. She was laying in bed half alsleep. I said," Mom there is a cop at the door about Matt" She shot up and started to freek out saying,"wheres matt is he in the bacement" I tried to tell her that he had gone out just a little earlyer to a friends, but she was in too much of a shock to listen. After she got up and to the door the cop explaned that someone had accused Matt of stealing a scooter. Then he asked if matt had one. My mother replyed with a yes and then the cop took her in his car to a house a few blocks away to where matt was. Matt was sitting in the front seat of the cop car with his hands cuffed behind his back. I'm sure he was very fighted. The cop showed my mom the scooter and she said it was matts. Then the man who accused matt of stealing came with his grandson(whos scooter was stolen) and confurmed that it was indeed matt's and matt did not take to scooter. To make things even more strange the kid whos scooter was stolen is a friend of matts. The grandfather even knows matt. So that was cleared up and the cop took my mom home, followed by another cop with matt in the car. Then another cop showed up and spoke to my mom and matt telling then it was confured that matt did not take the scotter and nothing will happen to matt. What an odd day, Matt still has the marks from the cuffes on his hands. Outch is all i can say.
Although i have a feeling that this will not be the last time matt finds himself with cuffed wrists.
As for me I lost 2 pounds last week and i'm hopeing to lose more weight this week. Only time will tell.
Well i should get to bed. Even though i know i'll be up for hours to come.. I hope Jo cancles tomorrow.
